Six Yogas of Naropa 10-Day Retreat with special focus on Dream Yoga and Phowa
In this 10-day in-person immersion, Lama Glenn will give initiation and teach twice daily on the Six Yogas of Naropa. In addition, Gosia and Jonas will lead a practice and clarification session twice a day.
The retreat is held in the Dharma Centre of Canada and participants are provided with accommodation and full board. The number of participants is limited to 35.
(This retreat can only be attended in person. An online live stream is not planned.)
Time schedule from October 3 to October 12:
Starting on October 3 with a teaching in the evening, from October 4 to October 11 Lama Glenn will teach twice a day and Gosia & Jonas will lead a clarification & practice session twice daily, thus making a total of four sessions a day of approximately 90 minutes each. The retreat concludes on October 12 with a final morning session. The exact times of the empowerment and the four daily sessions will be shared with participants closer to the start of the retreat.
Retreat participants are encouraged to do 30-60 minutes of volunteering daily in the Dharma centre to support the smooth running of the Dharma centre and retreat.

To register for this event, please send an email to info@jonasover.com expressing your interest in attending this retreat (Please also include a brief introduction of yourself, including details of how long you have been practicing Dharma and whether you have met Lama Glenn and/or Gosia & Jonas before).
We will then reserve a spot for you and add you to the list of participants. In order to fully confirm your registration we will send you a link to make the payment in March or April of 2025.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations are subject to a $100 fee, which will support other low-income practitioners through our Practitioner Support Fund.
If cancellation occurs within 14 days of the retreat start date, 50% of the deposit (equivalent to 25% of the total retreat cost) will be forfeited. These funds will be directed to the Uplifted Property Fund to support the Renewal Project.
